These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and 7d77 ("7d77", "we", "us", or "our") with respect to your use of the 7d77 online casino, sportsbook, and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered through the 7d77 platform.

To register and maintain an account with 7d77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 7d77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 7d77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) or two-factor authentication codes issued to you. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and actions performed from your account are deemed to have been made by you. 7d77 accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, including losses resulting from unauthorised access by a third party where that access was made possible by your own negligence.

You must notify 7d77 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation or if your login credentials have been compromised. 7d77 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but cannot reverse transactions that were processed in good faith prior to such notification.

7d77 employs 256-bit SSL encryption, rotating session tokens, OTP-based login verification, and rate-limited authentication to protect account access. These measures do not substitute for your own responsibility to safeguard your credentials.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 7d77 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your location and account status. 7d77 reserves the right to add, modify, or withdraw accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred Bangladeshi Taka). Deposits are credited to your 7d77 account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 7d77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 7d77 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred Bangladeshi Taka). All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 2. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used to make a deposit on the account, and only to accounts held in the name of the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Processing Times. Withdrawals via local mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within five (5) minutes during peak support hours. Withdrawals via Visa and Mastercard may take two (2) to five (5) business days depending on the issuing bank. Processing times are estimates only and may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional security checks are required.

4.5 Currency. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on the 7d77 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 7d77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 7d77 operates in compliance with its anti-money laundering ("AML") policy. Any deposit or withdrawal that appears inconsistent with normal player activity may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks. 7d77 reserves the right to delay or refuse any transaction pending the outcome of such checks, and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required.

5.1 General. 7d77 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus amounts credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings attributable to it.

5.3 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to new and existing registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion. Unless explicitly stated, bonuses are limited to one (1) per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. 7d77 reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through multi-accounting, use of automated software, coordinated wagering strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent the intent of the promotion will be treated as bonus abuse. Upon detection of bonus abuse, 7d77 will void the bonus and all associated winnings, and may permanently suspend the account or accounts involved.

5.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Offers. 7d77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have partially satisfied a wagering requirement at the time of withdrawal of an offer will be subject to the terms in effect at the time the bonus was credited.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 7d77 platform is governed by specific rules provided within the game interface or the relevant game information page. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules does not entitle a player to a refund of any wager.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by 7d77. A bet is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued. 7d77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason, including but not limited to bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or following a technical malfunction.

6.3 Sportsbook and Cricket Betting. Sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled based on the official results published by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a market, 7d77's decision shall be final. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market and may be suspended or voided at any time in the event of a technical issue or data feed interruption.

6.4 Voided Bets. A bet may be voided by 7d77 in the following circumstances: (a) the event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed without rescheduling within 72 hours; (b) the bet was placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical error; (c) evidence exists that the bet was placed in connection with match-fixing or other corrupt activity; (d) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. 7d77 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or aggregate winnings over a specified period. Any applicable limits will be communicated to the relevant player prior to settlement where reasonably practicable.

6.6 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of any game or bet, 7d77 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the wagered amount to the player's account balance. No further compensation shall be payable in such circumstances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7d77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance and pending bonuses, and, where applicable, reporting of the conduct to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account in a name other than your own legal name.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Depositing funds that are derived from criminal activity or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any scripting or data-mining technique to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any identified software error, glitch, or loophole in any game or system feature for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are void and will be reversed.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, 7d77's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
